Four seamless white walls give you an infinite horizon in every direction whether you’re shooting stills, video, or motion content that demands a clean, boundless environment. The 13ft ceilings and structurally reinforced walls handle everything from overhead rigs to action sequences, and the rideable cyc opens up dynamic camera movement that a standard flat backdrop simply can’t support. With a VIP green room, HMU suite, kitchenette, and street-level load-in, your crew can move efficiently from prep to production without leaving the building.
$110 an hour, 3 hour minimum.

Events

Four continuous seamless walls eliminate visual noise and give event designers full control over atmosphere, whether you’re building an immersive brand activation, a product launch, or an experiential installation. The reinforced structure supports rigging, projection, and lighting at scale, while the PA system, stage setup, and 13ft ceilings make the room production-ready from the jump. Add a VIP green room, indoor lounge, private outdoor terrace, on-site security, and easy access from the Morgan L and you have a venue that handles both the spectacle and the logistics.
$275/hour, 4 hour minimum. $200 cleaning fee.
Recording Studio
A professional recording and rehearsal space built for musicians, DJs, podcasters, and audio creatives who need a room that can actually keep up. The studio comes fully equipped with a backline ready for full band setups — including a Tama drum kit, 16-channel powered mixer, subwoofer, floor monitors, and both SM57 and SM58 mics — so you can walk in and get to work. DJ setups are equally covered with an XDJ RX3, Pioneer DDJ-200, and DDJ-SR running Serato and Rekordbox. Prefer to bring your own gear? The space accommodates that too. High ceilings, customizable lighting, lounge seating, and a flexible open floor plan make it as comfortable for long sessions as it is functional for tracking, rehearsal, or podcast recording. Built for collaboration, and equipped to prove it.
$60/hour for vocals only, $110/hour for full band. 2 hour minimum
